Access to and use of this Web App is provided by the Eureka Institute for Translational Medicine (EUREKA) ETS and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) is subject to the following terms & conditions:

2. De-Identified visit data from physicians
3. De-identified sample collection data from physicians
4. Sample inventory data from lab officers
5. Sample Requisition data from external researchers

What do we use users’ data for?

1. Quality life inputs from patients - For physicians’ future analysis
2. Visit Data from physicians - For physicians’ future analysis
3. De-identified sample collection data from physicians - For lab officers’ reference to collect the samples from physicians
4. Sample inventory data from lab officers - For various lab officers’ references
5. Sample Requisition data from external researchers - For lab officers references to process sample requisition

How do we share users’ data?

We do not share users’ data with other organisations.

How long do we keep users’ data?

Users’ data will be retained for as long as there is a need for analytical purpose to publish papers.
